Compensation right - revoke your purchase

This stipulation only applies to internet sales to consumers.

In accordance with the Law of 6 April 2010 on Market Practices and Consumer Protection (Article 46, $ 1, 2 °), the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he waives the purchase without payment of a fine and without a statement of reasons, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product

You must inform us within 14 working days of delivery of the product in writing (for example via email) that you wish to withdraw the purchase. Please use the email-adress hello@baby-shop.be

The item must be returned in original packaging, in undamaged and unused condition and sufficiently frankened, stating your order number. Returns are made at the expense of the sender and at the expense of the sender, in this case the customer. During the withdrawal period, the consumer will carefully handle the goods and the packaging. He will only extract or use it to the extent that it is necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep it well. Software packages, toner and ink cartridges that have been sealed or opened are not eligible.

Used, installed, damaged or incomplete products are not returnable.
(If however they are nevertheless sent back to us, a depreciation of the refund will be applied.)

The right of return does not apply to purchases of items specially ordered and therefore customized. Custom work is out of this right.

Items returned to us under the conditions described above will be refunded by us within a period of fourteen days after return. You will therefore receive the full purchase price, including the shipping fee paid.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or for products purchased by a natural person for professional use.
